Personal information – Apps
Where apps collect your information, we collect only that information needed for the app to perform functions in line with it’s purpose. This information is stored in encrypted form (AES 2048-bit encryption), and is decrypted only as needed by the app.
Where a team member needs access to personal information, they can either gain access with permission by the account holder, or in extreme circumstances the Head Developer can provide access to this data and record the details of this access.
All encryption keys are stored under separate encryption on a separate server to provide security.
We do not store personal information longer than 30 days – After this is it obfuscated or deleted. Personal information is not backed up, and therefore the data is not held in any way after the 30 day limit. Should you wish to have your data deleted before this, our apps offer the user the ability to obfuscate/delete personal information earlier than 30 days by request of the subject, though this may interfere with their ability to offer support or after sales service.
Where the app is required to share personal information with another party, we ensure they have compatible policies to protect the security of the personal information we gather.
